Moments Along the Path

~~~
It’s come to my attention lately that the highly acclaimed “Moments Along the Path” and “Moments Along the Path II” have been back in the publics eye. My original intent was to produce one per season …
Three years (or so) later the series remains at a stand still. Usurped by life and other projects.
It’s my hope to get a new one up within a fortnight, mayhap even less …
Perhaps my comprehension of “the ken burns” effect will better be utilized … or not.
The first two installments have a lot of meaning for me, and some of you. Interestingly enough, most of the photographs were taken within a short span of time. The next installment may borrow from a larger span.
… or may be not.
I guess it’s still just making a video to The Sisters of Mercy covering “Comfortably Numb” then medly-ing into their own “Some Kind of Stranger”.
The Path
~~~

Earlier Today the Wife and I ventured to the new entrance to the Belle Isle Swampland Reserve, or something like that. There is a new entrance from the roadway that connect mainland Revere to Winthrop Island. This no-man zone is called The Bell Isle Something. Anyway, a beautiful path and environs. However, our journey was cut short by an inability to continue:

What appeared as a Path within the realm of Eden, ended:

It was a glorious day, however nice days at the beach bring out the pretty girls and the creeps:

This poor sap was like a moth to the flame. We witnessed him pass by several times, but he couldn’t resist … and had to “make contact” with the pretty girls who live below. Clearly, it didn’t end well for him:

A warning to us all … don’t cross the line …

The afternoon pressed on. I made Turkish coffee and we discovered the “New Sky Station” of the Circle option. Oddly enough, when seated on the Floor the view is of the sky and clouds. Beautiful. We went into the innovative “A La Carte” mode to wrap it up:

Perhaps later a short film will feature some of the moments of the day …
