I particularly enjoyed NIB, Fairies Wear Boots and Children of the Grave.
They were a little rusty at first but after a few songs they showed why they are the Fathers of Heavy Metal.
Some day it may be possible to process all of the remarkable events of Monday, August 12, 2013. As it still feels like it is unfolding and happening, I am not able to do so, but three notable moments: the staggering sun rise, the subtle intuitive ear of Winthrop Frank within the Circle games, astutely divining such depths of the music, and Visitor Blim’s heroic performances throughout the various phases of Summer 2013. “I love you all! Hey man, you’re really the fucking best!”
Looking forward to the good times.
