Winter hath ended. Spring hath sprung. This year the Vernal Equinox coincided with the anniversary of the incarnation of Brother Jerome. To Celebrate, we, here at The New Great Hall by the Sea held a Circle.
The “Eve of” night cap:

Morning of: egg over vegetables with a drizzle of “2000 Island dressing”:
The Captain in the Crow’s Nest
Brother Jerome and BeachMont Frank (with Captain Cat)
The assembly of “The Four Known Masters of The Circle”, Captain Cat and Chip Adderson appearing for the second time as “The Witness”:

Here is the OFFICIAL Playlist:

Pretty nice, right?
After two full Olympic Four Person Circles, catering was offered. An Indian Cauliflower and Tofu Masala.
The Witness, transfixed by “Hylas and the Nymphs”
Hylas and the Nymphs:
And then, the cake to end all cakes, Black Midnight Cake with Buttercream frosting by Persephone Haverhast:

a day of The “Flavourhast” indeed.
Visitor Blim left and The Witness tried a spin.

Between song 36 and 37 The Witness played “Eyes Without a Face” by Billy Idol
Between 43 and 44 The Witness played “Handsome Sphinx” by District 78
After song 46 (really 48) The Witness left, concluding a 3rd Full Four Person Olympic Circle. 47-51 was “on call mingling”. Then, for clean up, we pressed play on the set list.
Wow.
Dishes followed:
All that remains for its’ creator:
The next morning BMF and I met and took the glorious walk from Orient Heights to the T:

Historic walk built up from the pathways from the legendary “Caliyentis” concert that was to take place in the area but was scraped due to zoning issues. One can only imagine what could’ve been:
Nearing the work place GTs. We thought Tech Support would be “into” this shot:

So, on Monday, I made my way to “The Engine Room” at Zone Duxbury for some smashing rounds of The Circle.
The outdoor hearth. “Blim Plaza”. Awaiting demolition:

Scenes from a possible “Steven Ghostly and the Triskelion of Hastinine” origin story:

Here is what was played:

Pretty nice, right?
Looking ahead, Monday March 20th we are hoping to have a Circle for the Masters Event. If interested in participating in this rare and exclusive event, make contact. Imagine the glory of being a “Witness” …

In a very rare free winter Thursday, BMF and I took the red line to Braintree. Janice pict us up and off to the Crossroads (nka “Kono’s) we went. Mr Y delighted us with his exceptional attendance. A few laughs, some filming, keno, Manhattans for the dypsomaniacs, and a very, very, tremendous meal. Here are some of the photographs:

En route to the “T” Mr Y graciously invited us to “The Parlour at Lone Pine” where an impromptu Circle took place. DGTs followed:
Back in the city, BMF and I “took the long way home”, stopping for Chinese nachos, crab Rangoon, keno, and Scorpion bowls. Still not satiated, we hit the pool hall:
Equipt with an Internet juke box, as you can well imagine: the music was perfect.

Yes, it’s true.
Every few years we need to renew Our Pledge to Now Today.
Privately submit updated CC#s or in the comment section below.
Please consider increasing the monthly tithe by 40%
And don’t forget the £75000 courtesy charge for renewal.
As we enter Lent 2000 and the Vernal Equinox, remember “thy renewal is tantamount to salvation”.
Not included is this rare photograph of Calliope, lit by red laser:

Three tracks from the NYE 2016 concert are now up on “BandCamp”. Folks can now “pay into the system”.
We need to raise $5,000,000.00 to start our OFFICIAL programme of spreading the Good News via the Circle.
Imagine freeing up key members of TNTS to focus of The Circle 24/7/365/00

Earlier this week we had our first three person Circle. It looked like this:

In lieu of catering I took another swing at “The Flavourhast” and prepared an Indian spiced whole chicken in the slow cooker with curried rice:

always good to get confirmation post-event:

Here is what we spun:

Pretty nice, right?
There’s talk of a rare Saturday Night Game on 2/11. Register Thy Interest ASAP.

Many of us are here because of King Crimson. Born on this day in 1969.
But the deeper enigma lies with Mr Gurdjieff. Born on this day in 1866:

We were able to get in yet another Christmas Circle Game Party. Visitor Blim and I had some good times, evidenced here:

We got in 3 circles before going out to lunch:

Pretty nice, right?
We then hosted the annual welcome dinner party for Dave Smart. Got in the first rehearsal of this years’ programme, had a Flavourhast worthy Persian Goat Curry and watched Now Today Week 2015. No photo’s, but some early scenes of Now Today Week 2016 were filmed.
A moment with Herr O under his Arch of Holiday Glory

from my annual Christmas Eve morning walk:

Christmas Eve at the Abington Ale House, always a highlight of the season:

One of the best Christmas’ of recent days. Quite the eclectic crew:

The “realization”:

The OFFICIAL Formal New Years Eve Dinner Party with Concert. The best to date:

I had some sort of hemorrhage in my mustache which gave me trouble throughout the night. As you see, the Tux had to go … In this picture one can admire the blood caked into the ‘stache:

But, it made for a very powerful performance. The band has never sounded better. So great to have Tech Support back in the act. No one can improvise of the auto harp like him. The Nightmare Rock really came alive. Not pictured is “Z Ray”, who played lead guitar for the encore “As You Are”:

Here was the programme, the back page has past performances listed:

yes, everyone’s programme was personalized ^

Pictures never did the tree justice this season. The largest tree yet:

Let’s hope for a healthy, prosperous, present 2017, riddled in triumph and Good Times.
Now Today.
