Just had to add, for the Official Record, that Wintrhop Frank not only righted the ship after an erroneous play on my part, he also restored some measure of my dignity by making a selection that actually built off of the error, thus righting not only the larger Circle Ship, but my own selection. Fittingly, my pick was jazz, and Winthrop Frank showed a brilliant ability to improvise, in the best jazz tradition. To go a step further, not only did Winthrop Frank have a magnificent body of material at the ready, he consistently demonstrated a brilliant ear, providing a coherence and narrative to the Circle that made it one of the most fulfilling I have ever been involved in. My gratitude to all involved.
