An unexpected “Free Day”

~~~
In a very rare free winter Thursday, BMF and I took the red line to Braintree.  Janice pict us up and off to the Crossroads (nka “Kono’s) we went. Mr Y delighted us with his exceptional attendance. A few laughs, some filming, keno, Manhattans for the dypsomaniacs, and a very, very, tremendous meal. Here are some of the photographs:
En route to the “T” Mr Y graciously invited us to “The Parlour at Lone Pine” where an impromptu Circle took place. DGTs followed:
A hand written playlist:
Pretty nice, right?
Back in the city, BMF and I “took the long way home”,  stopping for Chinese nachos, crab Rangoon, keno, and Scorpion bowls. Still not satiated, we hit the pool hall:
The pool hall was empty.
Equipt with an Internet juke box, as you can well imagine: the music was perfect.
  1. A tremendous day with an impressive momentum that apparently sustained into the evening. Happy to have been a part of it. All the best to Beachmont Frank’s continued miraculous recovery/rebirth….
